If you were hurt in a car crash, a fall, or on the job, the first job is to find out what is actually injured — and the second is to get it treated before it becomes permanent. We do both here, at one address, without sending you around the city.
We see these injuries
- Whiplash and neck strain — the most common crash injury, and the most often dismissed
- Herniated and bulging discs in the neck or lower back
- Sciatica and radiating leg pain after a rear-end collision
- Concussion and post-traumatic headache
- Shoulder injuries from seat belts and airbags
- Low back pain that started or worsened after the accident
- Complex regional pain syndrome (RSD) after a limb injury
How an accident visit works
1. You call, we see you
No referral, no attorney, no police report required. Call (314) 310-5577 and we will find you a slot. If your symptoms are worsening quickly we will get you in sooner.
2. We work out what is injured
A real history and physical, then imaging only where it will change what we do. If you have already had a scan elsewhere, bring it — we would rather read your existing MRI than repeat it.
3. Treatment starts, and it is not just pills
Depending on what we find: image-guided injections, nerve blocks, physical therapy, or a combination. The aim is to restore function, not to keep you comfortable indefinitely.
4. Everything is documented properly
Accident care generates records that matter later — for your insurer, your employer, or your attorney if you have one. We document mechanism of injury, objective findings and functional limits from the first visit, because a record written six weeks after the fact is worth much less.
You do not need a lawyer to be treated here
Some accident clinics will only see you if you have retained an attorney. We are not one of them. If you do have a lawyer, we will work with them and send records where you direct us. If you do not, that changes nothing about your care. See how billing works after an accident.
