Call 911. This office cannot handle emergencies, and this form is not monitored continuously. Go to an emergency department for chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or numbness on one side, loss of bladder or bowel control, a fever with severe back pain, or pain following a serious fall or high-speed collision.
