How we use and disclose health information
We use your health information for treatment (providing and coordinating your care), payment (billing your insurer, Medicaid or Medicare), and health care operations (quality review, training, administration). We may also disclose information where the law requires it — public health reporting, court orders, workers’ compensation claims, and the Missouri prescription drug monitoring program.
For most other purposes, including any marketing use and any sale of health information, we will ask for your written authorization first, and you may revoke it.
